Coir Particleboard Fabrication & Testing
Fabrication of medium-density particleboards from indigenous coconut coir agricultural waste. Investigated resin percentage, tensile/flexural strength, and water absorption.
Internally Finned Tube Heat Transfer
Experimental investigation of heat transfer enhancement and friction factor in longitudinal four-fin tubes using water and air as working fluids.
Automated Food Elevator Prototype
Designed and commissioned a custom vertical dumbwaiter elevator (25 kg capacity) for Bhooter Bari Restaurant in Dhaka with automated relay logic.
Sono-Vision: Ultrasonic Obstacle Detection
Ultrasonic sensory guidance system engineered to assist visually impaired users in detecting proximity obstacles through haptic and acoustic cues.
Workshop Jib Crane System
Structural design, beam load calculations, bearing selection, and shop-floor fabrication of a wall-mounted rotating jib crane for material handling.
Honda-JICA Eco-Run 2015 Vehicle
Designed and built an ultra-fuel-efficient 4-wheeler vehicle with Team Hephaestus BUET for the national Honda-JICA Eco-Run Bangladesh competition.
